What motivated me to start this journey was the realization that for many smaller businesses, hiring a full-time employee for tedious administrative tasks simply isn't feasible. I recognized the advantage of offering professional assistance on an as-needed basis, providing businesses with the support they need without the overhead costs.
As a Virtual Assistant, I envision my role as being the go-to resource for our clients, handling tasks that take them away from revenue generation or their personal lives. With over 10 years of administrative experience and over 2 years spent managing teams I've developed invaluable skills in managing emotions, individuals, and creating efficient systems to handle high workloads.
Cultivating strong, personalized relationships with our clients is key. I believe in building trust over time and investing myself in their business as if it were my own. My long-term goal is for my business to be synonymous with reliability and trustworthiness, ensuring that clients always think of us when they need assistance.
Outside of work you'll find me spending time with my biggest cheerleader, my husband, and my son, who motivates me to continuously improve and build something meaningful for our future, and our 3 dogs.
